Professor of Management



Since 2006 he has been part of the Real Madrid University School as a professor of Management and Director of the MBA. In addition, he is a mentor to executives and professional athletes.
He has developed training workshops for organizations in more than 30 countries and on 5 continents. He is a regular speaker at management congresses and his blog SPARK (www.pedrodiazridao.com) has more than 200,000 readers in 109 countries.
He is a certified consultant in Lego Serious Play since 2011, holds the certification of team coach and teaches his workshops and lectures in Spanish, English and French.
Bachelor in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada, studied Business & International Relations at the University of Berkeley (USA), holds an Executive MBA from IEDE Business School, is a Doctor (Cum Laude) in Social Sciences in the area of Leadership and he has been a visiting professor at George Washington University and the University of San Diego State.

This workshop aims to work on the mission and vision that the Internal Audit department offers to the rest of the areas of the organization and how to transmit it in a powerful and convincing way to enhance your reputation.


Golden Circle Model: through this model attendees will focus on the "what for" of their department.

Story Telling and Points of you: A series of visual stimulations will be presented to attendees, so they can associate them with the mission and vision of the department.

(ROOM N101) C.S 6.5. Interactive Workshop. Business Partnering: Building bonds through empathy and understanding

The objective of this workshop is to identify and share the best ideas to become a strategic partner for the business.


We will use the "Visual Thinking" methodology combined with the tool "Empathy Map". This way, attendees will be able to explore the needs of the different areas of the business, empathizing with the environment of their interlocutors in order to specify their pains and identify the gains that Internal Audit can offer.

(ROOM N101) C.S 7.5. Interactive Workshop. Team Work: The power to inspire and mobilize others

The objective of this Workshop is to define the perfect working team for the current moment and the best practices to achieve it.


This workshop will use the Lego Serious Play methodology where attendees will have to build models with Lego bricks. This will allow attendees to have participative and creative conversations between them and identify keys aspects required to build the best version of a good Internal Audit team.
